As promised, I tested out RSSFWD.com since Blogarithm is no longer available. The service works great to send an email every time a blog is updated.  They have not sent me any junk mail.  So, if you want to track my blog via email, this is a good service to use.  Just visit their site and put in your email address and my web address and you should be good to go.  I’ll be adding a link on the right side for this service too.

PS At the moment their website is down. :(  Hopefully, it will be back up soon.

I was able to find a folder that I had created when originally loading photos to the photo gallery.  It had all the photos that we thought had been lost.  So all those photos are back in the gallery for your viewing pleasure.  I’ll be adding some of my newer photos when I get them resized and ready for posting.  I’ll post another update when I get those up.  Thanks for looking!

Blogarithm is no longer.  Their subscribers now belong to RSSFWD.com.  I am currently waiting to see how they do about sending updates when a blog has been added to.  I’ll get back to you when I know something.  But until then I’ll be removing the blogarithm button as it is now useless.  The plus side to RSSFWD.com is that you don’t have to have an account and if you don’t wish to track a site any longer you can click a link at the bottom of the email to stop getting emails for it.  At least that is what the site says.  I haven’t received anything yet.  It’s just a wait and see thing right now.

I’ve added 2 new links for you to explore. The photography on these sites are so beautiful. One day I hope to be able to produce such lovely works of art. Just visiting these sites encourage me to keep practicing. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

Sorry folks but my photo gallery is gone at the moment.  In fixing it so that I could finally upload photos to it again, all the already loaded pictures were deleted.  That was a lot of pictures so it will take me a while (when I find time) to put them all back and then add new ones.

Today I want to feature photography by my sweet hubby. Hope you all enjoy!

The cicada’s have emerged from the ground and are now covering trees, houses, and plants. Sometimes you have to duck when one sloppily flies your way. I used to be terrified of these when I was a kid. Now I just find them fascinating. A least as long as they stay outside.
